Chakra literally means wheel and refers to an energy center. There are seven primary energy centers that run along your spinal column. Datta is referring to the one near your heart.

This particular meditation is very powerful..well its obvious since the power is coming directly from the sun our life and energy source. to underestimate this meditation is to be unwilling to give God a try. The compression of time is real once u realize u have this ability then you can slowly go outside of your ego for a bit and ask for things to manifest for a better world. more love, more peace, more equality, more justice no exceptions!

One more thing...some people judge this too soon.I understand this after a lot of purification.But who is not enough purified does not understand tremendeous power of this knowledge.We all want to change but to get this tool is very precious.The source is in the subtle...

I am viewing this in the late evening. The meditations are very calming and I hope to remember the symbolism of the meditations as I conduct my day so that I may center my thoughts and calm the mind. Thank you for these teaching from the sages.

againsacred, please observe the motivation of your 'felt' needs...are they based in vanity? not that your desires wont manifest if they are based on vanity but you would be projecting a lot cleaner energy if you have a justification for your needs that you stand by..also determine if there are conflicting needs within you...self-exploration is the key...hope that helps...wish you the best :)
