When you set up ospf, you put (^2)after the 2 networks. My question is, if you have 3 networks, will you put (^3)???

its CTL+Z not 2... he simply went back in a CLI its like going back in a folder in explorer. But here he simple went back one time

4:02 - ospf (10.0 20.0) 6:02 - ospf (30.0 20.0) If I have a third router, what IP address should I give it and what should I write for OSPF? For OSPF to write a zone of IP addresses 30.0 and 10.0 or 50.0 and 20.0???

Well, you can assign any IP address to another router [except what already have been used in this network]. Like 40.1 or You can use Subnet IP address as well. If you're new to OSPF then I'd recommend you to use 40.1 or different IP address than Subnet IPs.
