i will make a video for 3 wire transmitter also ............ range is not an issue , same process is for 0 to 20mA range sensor

I have one question, I am using S7-1500 PLC and I am trying to add 2 pressure transmitters signals to PLC. Concerning wiring, can I add those wires to PLC analog inputs while PLC is running? Or I need to stop whole system in order to do this? What is correct procedure concerning wiring new signals/wires to PLC analog card?

Correct procedure is to turn OFF the PLC and hook the wires at analog input, however if you are connecting wires correctly and 100 percent sure than you can connect wires while plc is in run mode. My personal experience at least stop the plc.

@@EASYPLCTRAINING Thanks for explanation! I think that restart of plc is required after configuration of analog input in TIA anyway, just figured it out.
