How to Connect and Use Wireless Apple CarPlay on JOYING Android 10 HU?

For wireless CarPlay connection, please do as follows:
1. Turn on iPhone Bluetooth.
2. Turn on JOYING car radio Bluetooth app and click "link" button to search iPhone device name.
3. After the radio find your iPhone device name, please click it, then it will
show “JY-Android” in your iPhone, at the time, please enter paring pin 0000.
It will be paired automatically, after done it, please open the “Car Link” to use wireless Carplay function.

currently the wireless android auto function hae no plan to be released. maybe in the future. not sure. sorry.

It works great when I first turn on the car, but if I turn it leave and come back to the car within a couple minutes, I can’t connect it again. I think it’s because the Carlink WiFi and Bluetooth stays connected to my phone even after turning the car off. I don’t mind too much because I will have it wired mostly anyway

other videos already show the Yotube playing. the nextfil need to download the app from the computer and then install on the head unit.

How is WhatsApp calling from the radio screen after adding a sim card to the radio, and how is a sim added to the radio via a sim cable or a sim modem dongle??????

if you have joying android 8.1 OS item, the app named " zlink" is for apple carplay.

There is no sound when making calls from the iphone using carplay; i have tried both wired and wireless.

The car-link is not supported by the older system head unit.

there is a setting within the carlink app that says autoconnect, which should pop up car play screen automatically as soon as connection is established in the background

@@alsabri85 it automatically connects to CarPlay, but it still have to click a couple icons just to get to it, instead of remembering CarPlay was the last app I was on.

The carlink app has preinstalled in JOYING Android 10 radio, you just open it and connect phone to use this function.

How do I enable WIRED carplay for my iPhone? I don't want to use wireless because my Nexar Dash Camera needs wifi in order to record.

Pls follow this steps for wired carplay: Carplay for the iPhone: 1. Pls connect the radio to the internet via wifi or 4G first. 2. Pls connect your phone to the radio OTG USB Port via USB Cable. 3. Then open the Carlink app to waiting for the connection.

It all happens automatically after doing this for the first time... Everytime you get in your car after that (as long as your Bluetooth is on on your iphone) it will Automatically link up, so all you'd do is open the Car-Link app on the radio and presto! Wireless Apple CarPlay!!

no, if you want to control the carplay via voice, then you must activate it; if not, you can touch the screen to use carplay function.
