The cameras connected to the Ajax system need to be wifi or can connected by cable to the same network that the Hub is connected?

I connected a Reolink camera via the RTSP route and it works fine when I’m inside the network, but when I’m outside the network it doesn’t work. Does the IP can need to be connected via a public IP?

"Our age of complexity" he says, and yet I still have to switch between apps to view playback or edit any camera settings. Ajax app is the most complicated app for an average user.

Hi there, really nice video’s. Can a Hikvision video doorbell also be integrated into the ajax app? Will the ajax app be able to notify if someone rings the bell?

In Ajax app I'm getting error: Dahua Cloud not connected. Check camera settings. I alredy have the cloud service activated in the Imou app as I guess you have to have?

You can't. Only live view.

Sounds good!! But when I’m trying to activate the IMOU CAM my username/password gets denied. I’m pretty sure the username or password are same as my IMOU account. Any idea where the problem is? Thank you again!!! Keep up the good work.

Pipl Systems Security The camera is now integrated in ajax👍🏼 the username was wrong , changed it to ”admin” and it went online immediately! Thanks a lot!!
