Can you help me, until today my buds were working properly until i dont know how i had kept those in my hand and unintendedly my fingers were touching the ctc sensors and now the max volume has decreased by an unexpected range... Before - my right bud had the sound more which was perfect for me but After - my left bud has the sound more which feels very odd and as i said the volume has decreased by a lot Could you possibly help me?

Its simple bro , when you put the case for charging the RGB lights will be on continuously until the case is fully charged , when the case get fully charged RGB lights on the case will turn off

Heyy i am facing a problem related to my immortal buds The right bud is doing ok but the left bud is not giving enough battery backup after just 5 minutes the fully charged bud gets of and battery drain is really fast can anyone help me please ❤️😢😢

@@adhikari0019 thanks a lot I have tried all things mentioned but the problem seems like it's a hardware issue because the case is charging well also buds are clean an have no debri Just thing to be noted is battery of left bud is draining drastically like in seconds it drop from 100 to 50 directly that's the major issue iam facing
