Sanitation circuit using PNP/NPN photo sensor with relay and motor pump has been explained.The wiring of sensor can be easily done with OMRON(MY2N) relay and hand sanitizer dispenser. This type of wiring is used in sanitation machine and Hand Sanitizer Dispenser. You can download the circuit diagram using the links given below:

Hello Mr Rishab, Very well explained the connection from Sensor to Relay then to Motor. If you would have carried on explaining how to connect the Solenoid Valve it would have been completed the whole connection diagram.Looking forward to see the connections.THANKS. It's very easy, you have to connect the solenoid valve at the same Connection where the motor has been connected. I hope this clears the doubt.

Use sensor in series of relay(load). Connect one wire wth -ve and other wire of sensor is connected with -VE of relay and connect +ve relay with direct supply.

5v sensor needs 5v relay. 12v sensor needs 12 relay Relay is just a switch with it you can control any voltage appliance AC or DC

How can i use photoelectric sensor in a dusty environment... I am planning to install a photoelectric sensor on top of hopper of a chakki and sometimes i need to grind course powder. So while adding it inside hopper, dust can be seen flying around the hopper. So how can i install sensor on the top as dust may settle on the sensor glass and this will result in inaccurate operation... Pls help me as how can i overcome this issue !

Very true, this is a major problem in industry with photoelectric sensor. The possible solution is using a capacitive sensor,but sensing range is less but it will work in dusty environment. Try to mount sensor closer to target!
