You don’t need to have folding mirrors. The most important is that you have the puddle lights, because you have to connect the wires to those wires. So automatic mirror folding is not necessary.

@@NatureOfVoices ya we dont have mirror puddles in north america.. id need to run it to the bottom of my door for the other bottm puddles. But im kinda dissapointed the blue doesnt stay on full time. Im wondering if there is a way to keep them on if I rip the casing apart.hah

In the gte there’s always a green wire. If you don’t have a green wire, you can connect it to the positive wire (blue/purple) from your electric mirror-closing wires, but the effect will be a bit different.

Hi! I sold my car so I can’t check it out. But when I think about it, Im pretty sure the animation only shows up when opening the car. Because thats also the moment the puddle lights light up. 👍🏼

No, only when opening / closing the car.

Hmm that’s strange! For me.. on both sides the puddle light is the green wire. So should work on both sides.

@@ashleykranenburg9322 ik denk dat het te maken heeft met avond en dus donker / en overdag en dus licht. Ik zou het is proberen in een garage of als het donker is. Denk dat hij het dan wel weer doet.

In Holland you can.. idk how rules are in other countries, but I think it’ll be oké.. because the blue lights are never on while driving.
