WOW fantastic!!! I paused hundreds of times to write down EVERYTHING said.. This has really re-shaped how I talk to new people. Previously, I very much focused on them because I thought that was what people would enjoy... but the point about sharing with them your own areas of skill makes so much sense. It creates a conversation which has momentum! Thank you

You're absolutely right especially about the advice part big people are always surrounded by boot lickers and selfish and pretentious people the bosses always look for loyalty and true advises.
