Kuch mat kro mng mai utho and empty roads ya ground par try kro 1 week and uskai baad road pr aaoo mng mai . And yes jab baithne lago or scooty chlane lagoo tou deep breath loo hold it for 5 seconds and release it. Try it 3-5 times and relax hogai tabhi scooty chalegi. Stress and tension sai nh chlyegi. Ek dum enjoy hoker try kro. Araam araam sai kro. But rosz kro. Consistency without any overthinking 🙂 Bhool jaoo kaun kya dekh rha hai. So all the best 👍

Vo islye hota hai kyoki kabhi chalaya nh hai. Grip strong pakadni hoti hai. Tou muscles ko adaat nh hai haath kai. Dheere dheere normal hojayega..Jab hum bhi seekh rhye thai tab humari bhi hoti thi pain. So relax. Agr pain ho tou movement krliya kro hands ki sahi hojayega. 😊🤗

Scooty chlane sai phele deep breathing exercise kro rosz. Deep breath lo 10 sec hold kro then dheere dheere chodo. 4 - 5 times kro. Uskai baad apka mind active hojata hai apnai aap. Or abhi mng mai 6 bj practice kro khaali road pr. 15 days krlo apnai aap mind mai baith jayengi cheezai.
