Yoga to control and reduce diabetes was shown in this video.. generally known as blood sugar level among people.. pancreas is responsible producing insulin for human body once it fails a person gets diabetes. Asanas shown in this video will stimulate your pancreas and bring down the blood sugar with in 45 days iff you practice these daily along with the diet told in this video
இந்த வீடியோ பதிவில் செய்து காட்ட பட்டு உள்ள ஆசன பயிற்சிகள் சர்க்கரை நோயை கட்டுப்படுத்தும். கணையம் தான் ரத்தத்தில் உள்ள சர்க்கரை அளவை குறைக்க தேவையான இன்சுலினை சுரக்கிறது. உணவு முறையில் நாம் செய்யும் தவறுகளினாலும் நமது நவீன கால வாழ்கை முறையாலும் அதிக பேருக்கு இப்போது கணையத்தில் உள்ள முக்கிய செல்கள் செயல் இழக்கிறது. இதனால் சர்க்கரை நோய் வருகிறது. இந்த பதிவில் கட்டப்பட்டு உள்ள ஆசன பயிச்சியை 45 நாட்கள் தொடர்ந்து செய்து வந்தால் ரத்த சர்க்கரை அளவு கட்டுப்பாட்டில் வரும். மேலும் நீங்கள் எடுத்து கொள்ளும் மருந்துகளின் டோஸேஜ் அளவை நிச்சயமாக குறைக்க முடியும். ஒருவேளை பார்டர் லைன் சர்க்கரை இருக்கும் போதோ அல்லது சர்க்கரை நோய் இருப்பது கண்டுபிடிக்க பட்ட உடனே இந்த பயிற்சியை செய்ய ஆரம்பித்தால் மாத்திரை மருந்து எடுத்து கொள்ளலாமல் யோகா மூலமே சர்க்கரை அளவை கட்டுப்பாட்டில் வைத்து கொள்ளலாம்

Hi mam, my mother has diabetes for the past 4 years. Initially she took tablet for the 3 months then she didn't take any medicines untill now. But she'll go for a walking about 50 minutes early morning without fail. But she's active but getting slim. Can you provide any suggestions?

walking is good but thats alone not enough she have to stimulate her pancreas. ask her to do this yoga( if she don't have back pain)for 45 days and her sugar level will become normal

I used three times insulin. How I reduced sugar mam. HBA 1 c is 14. How I practice. Already I learn yoga. Pls help me mam. How ireduce hba 1c below 7. Pls reply me mam. 🙏🙏my age is 49
