Hi guys,
Welcome back to my channel. In today's video I will be showing you to make 10kg of party jollof rice. This is a popular dish Nigeria.

10kg of rice
Blended Tomato paste
Onion
Scotch bonnet
Seasoning cube
Curry powder
Jumbo Seasoning powder
Thyme
smoked hot paprika
Salt
Nutmeg
Vegetable oil
butter
