Great video, I especially appreciate the laying out of the ingredients with nametags at the beginning. So many people don't do that when its so simple and makes it so clear! Thank you :) p.s Love your accent.

Fantastic trout.. as Skanpronger, putting all that garlic will hide the trout's natural taste.Less garlic, less cut. If you stop the cooking, as soon as the meat get out of the bone...it is too late, you over cooked it, it will be a bit dry. Fish that size continue to cook for a little while after you stop the cooking because of residual heat. Try this for next time, stop before it is fully cooked, put it in a plate, rest for 15/20min with a loose foil on the top. It will be great, and moist.

Oh!! that's a good idea!!! i tried that before, but it gets dry too fast, instead you steam a trout the way I did and your fish will cook with moisture and taste!!. its not problem once its cooked you can get rid of bones and skin so easy!!! Yes, i see your point though. thx for watching my vids!!!

You don't necessarily need to scale trout because their scales are so small. I've caught hundreds maybe thousands of trout for the pan since I was a kid taught by my family, and was never taught nor saw a need to scale them.
