@@Twofix I've been meaning to try something like that. While I enjoy things like the impossible burger, one thing I don't enjoy is that it feels like there's a film in my mouth after eating it that lasts for far too long. I've been looking into trying to make falafel patties, or even some kind of portobello patty or something. One thing I've learned is that meat substitutes are best when they aren't trying to substitute meat. I'll take fried cauliflower over vegan wings any day, and it still scratches the itch.

I got to work with Keizo's brother at a ramen burger booth at a Japanese festival years ago in CA and I have to say that burger is amazing! I miss that I can't get it in LA anymore

This wasn't quite a "learn how to cook the burger" but "George assembles a pre-prepared burger from a restaurant". Not my favourite episode because everything is "secret" here lol
