Leg of lamb
5 sprigs fresh of rosemary leaves
5 sprigs thyme leaves
1 head garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp harissa paste
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp neutral oil
1 tsp of all purpose
Zest of 1 lemon
And juice
Oven tray and with veggies
Bell peppers 🫑 red
Ur personal preference is fine
Along with
1 head of garlic
1 onion
Salt n pepper to taste
3 sprigs Rosemary
3 sprigs of thyme
Tossed in neutral oil
Cover tray and place in the oven to cook at 350 f
For approximately 2 hours or until the lamb is fully cook
This should take about 2 to 3 hours give or take
While lamb is in the oven place one 1 cup of stock in oven tray
To help keep the meat moist n juicy
Final step is take the meat out the oven and base it in the remainding sauce and then place it back to develope some colour
Mash
700 g potato
Salt
Thyme
Beef stock / bouillon
boil until cook then Remove water and mash ur Tatoes
Then add
Milk
heavy cream
Butter
salt and pepper to taste
remove the leaves of sprigs of thyme.
Veggies
Diced 2 clove garlic
1 tbsp butter
Glazed with mayole syrup
Balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper
Mint sauce
1 bunch mint leaves
2 to 4 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 garlic
Salt to taste
