How to cook Banga rice. | Yummy launch idea everyone will love | Nigerian food

To make this banga rice you’ll need👇🏽
4 cups of long grain parboiled rice
1 small Tin of banga paste ( if using the fresh palm pulp, add to cover the content in the pot ( that os the rice )
1 cup of crayfish
1 large onion
Scotch bonnet pepper
Basil 🌿 or scent leaf
2 seasoning cubes
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of banga spice.

Thank goodness you didn't caption it" how to make traditional jollof rice" Please blend your crayfish Always if you have kids. You will not like what follows if crayfish bone is stuck on your child's throat or even adult. It's easier to remove fish bone than that. Lovely, 😋 😘

I doubt there is need fir oil, as the paste already has it's oil Dear.

Check any African store or go online. From banga paste, you make red oil. You don't need red oil at all or any other oil.
