I done use eye finish am Weldone This is the first time am hearing that adding crayfish early makes the soup burn

As an Igbo lady, we don’t talk when adding bitter leave to any soup. if not, the soup will be very bitter. We add and close the pot to boil for some time before turning the soup.

I will just be looking at you, raising my hands, pointing to my mouth, the bitter leave and the pot like I’m Dumb 😂😂😂😂😂😂
