My ex is Korean and used to make this dish all the time to bring in while working at Walmart for all the old-timers who served in Korea, since they liked the food and were particularly fond of this one. The version I learned to make didn't include fish, but did use Hormel chili for the beans and pan-seared the meats and other ingredients while stir-frying the solids in a mix of peanut oil and gochujang sauce used to also sear the juices from the meats before adding in the canned chili and water to boil. This version is still one I really want to try. Dump this while hot over some ramen or fluffy rice and enjoy with either a slice of Kraft or with a piece of Velveeta (that latter is REALLY good with this). :)

Idk if I commented this already but I really appreciate the fact that you eat the food in the end. It is so frustrating watching "how to cook whatever" video and the person doesn't take a bite but you sit down and eat the whole thing so I'm convinced this is delicious and I must try every recipe you have shown on this channel lol
