washed okongobong vegetable
3 Cups ground egusi (melon seeds)
Beef
Cow skin
Smoked fish
1 big Onion-chopped
1 Tspn ginger
1 Tspn garlic
1 Tspn pepper
1 Tspn white pepper
Crey fish(optional)
Salt
Seasoning cubes
Vegetable oil

Thanks for the recipe 🙂 I am not the biggest fan for egusi but cook it now but cook it now and then for the sake of diversity. Will definitely try a version of this recipe with spinach 👍

Thanks for another deli recipe. I'll try and make it this week. I'll have to use spinach instead. Can you add how long you do each step? Really great videos though. I made Njangsang Stew couple weeks ago 🤤

Using spinach will mean you’ll have to add it at the very end and let it cook with very little heat for just a few seconds..this is because spinach is softer than okongobong leaves.
