How to cook Chicken Curry
CHICKEN CARI
MATERIAL
CHICKEN CHICKEN
1kg of chicken
1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate (1/2 tsp)
1 teaspoon salt (1 teaspoon)
2 teaspoons sugar (1 teaspoon)
2 teaspoons seasoning (1 teaspoon)
3 tsp curry oil (3 tsp)
1 tbsp satay (1 tbsp)
1 tbsp garlic and onion juice (1 tbsp)
4 tbsp unsweetened milk (1 tbsp)
COOK
4 tablespoons cooking oil (4 tbsp)
2 small citronella
1/2 tbsp garlic onion (1/2 tbsp)
6 sprigs of fresh curry leaves or 10 dried curry leaves
1 packet of curry powder
4 cups water or 1 liter of water (4 cups), for better taste ½ water and 1/2 cup of fresh coconut water
600g sweet potato
2 tbsp condensed milk (2 tbsp)
1/2 cup coconut milk (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon coconut milk powder (1tbsp)
1/6 teaspoon salt (1/6 tsp)
1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate (1/2 tsp)
Note: Serve with vermicelli or bread, served with cinnamon leaf, dotted with salt or pepper salt
