800G CHICKEN THIGH FILLETS

1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbs paprika powder
3 tbs oil

1 tsp white pepper
4 Fresh tomatoes
4 Fresh paprika peppers
2 onions
1 med.head garlic
2 bonnet peppers
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water or stock
1/2 knor and salt to taste
1 each traffic bell peppers
4 large carrots diced
1/4 sized cabbage (2 cups)
1/2 med. cauliflower
fresh parsley
