How to cook Chicken Thigh and Potato wedges in Instant Pot Duo Crisp & Air Fryer.
This is my first time using the Air Fryer and it turns out so good! My Family love this Crispy Chicken Thighs and Potato Wedges. You can try this too!
HOW TO COOK CHICKEN THIGHS AND POTATO WEDGES IN INSTANT POT DUO CRISP & AIR FRYER
RECIPE: CRISPY CHICKEN THIGHS POTATO WEDGES:
Ingredients: Ingredients:
6 pcs. chicken thighs (boneless) 2 medium size of Potato, cut into wedges
1 Tablespoon cooking oil 1 1/2 Tablespoon cooking oil
1 Tablespoon Paprika 1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. Dried Parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
Instructions: CHICKEN THIGHS
1. Marinate Chicken Thighs with cooking oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Marinate at least 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Grease cooking oil in the Air Fryer basket then put in the marinated Chicken thighs.
3. Cover pot with the Air Fryer Lid. Press Air Fry function then set the time for 15 minutes in 400 F. and press Start. It will indicate "Turn Food" (No need to turn for the boneless chicken thighs). when it "ENDS" removed carefully the lid and transfer Chicken in a plate.
Instructions: POTATO WEDGES
1.Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, parsley, chili, salt, and pepper and mix well to combine.
2. Place 8 wedges in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Flip wedges with tongs and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining 8 wedges.
Serve hot & Enjoy!
