I love air fry tofu or tokwa. I do olive oil balsamic vinegar salt and pepper. Easy cook i do a variation of just soy sause and soy sauce or even just oyster sause.yum

Seems to be really easy, but for me it's not clear whether you fry 15 minutes and flip in between after 7 minutes or if you fry 2x for 15 minutes

Why not use a serving or bigger bowl to mix tofu?

I use a big ziplock and just rotate it to get them all covered and let it sit. Also, more tofu pressing is good to get out the water. I freeze my tofu, let it thaw, and then press it.
