I learnt that,oha leaf is not to be slice but,tearing with your finger

It's just a myth. My grandmother sliced her Oha leaves, my mum sliced hers too and I learnt from them. Just make sure to remove the stalk. . Also there are species of Oha leaves that are naturally bitter
