Mga Ka-cheffies, di niyo na kailangan pang kumain sa restaurant just to satisfy your ramen cravings! Puwedeng puwede niyo na ito gawin in the comfort of your own home kasi napaka-dali lang nito! Please watch this video from start to finish to learn how. Sabayan niyo na din akong mag-luto.
Easy Chicken Ramen
2 chicken breasts boneless, skin-on
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 tsp sesame
2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
10 cloves fresh garlic, minced
3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp mirin
4 cups chicken stock
100 grams shitake mushrooms
1-2 tsp salt, to taste
2 large eggs
1/2 cup scallions, sliced
1 pack ramen noodles
1 tsp roasted Sesame seeds
Ramen Egg
¾ cup Mirin
1/2 cup regular soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
Procedure:
1. Soft-Boil Eggs for around 6-7 minutes. Place in water bath. Cool and peel.
2. Prepare the marinade. Soak eggs in marinade for at least 2 hours to overnight.
3. Season chickem with salt and pepper in both sides. Heat griddle and add butter and oil. Grill chicken on both sides till cooked and set aside.
4. For the broth: Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for a few minutes until softened. Add the mushrooms. Add the soy sauce and mirin, and stir to combine. Cook for another minute.
5. Add the stock, cover, and bring to a boil. Simmer gently for another 10 minutes, and season with salt, to taste.
ASSEMBLE THE RAMEN BOWLS:
* Slice the chicken into thin pieces. Set aside. Add the ramen noodles to the boiling water.
* Cook for 2-3 minutes, until soft, then divide the noodles into two large bowls. Add the sliced chicken and the ramen broth. Top with the fresh scallions and the soft boiled egg. Top with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
