How to cook ESCABECHE | Filipino Sweet and Sour Fish

INGREDIENTS:
2 pcs Fish (any fish)
Ginger, cut into strips
1 medium Onion, sliced
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
leeks
1 Carrot, cut into strips
Bellpepper, cut into strips
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 cup Water (plus additional 1 cup Water)
3 tbsp Vinegar
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
Salt & Pepper to taste

Gagawa ako neto pero ibahin ko ang hiwa ng carrots. Basta hindi same sa luya kasi mahirap sya kainin kung same ng hiwa ang luya at carrots.

No need na po mag-add ng salt dahil sa soy sauce, pero kung matabang sa lat pwede pong mag-add
