This is a special request of my viewers. This recipe is very delicious. The asado filling is very tasty and the puto is soft and fluffy. I made 20 big puto pao with this recipe but you can make it smaller especially when you want to sell it. Come on let's cook this.

List of ingredients
Asado filling
250 grams pork kasim
2 tbsp oil
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
2 tbsps soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce (datuputi)
2 tbsps brown sugar
1 cup water
1 star anise
2 bay leaves
Thickening
1 tbsp cornstarch
1tbsp water
Puto
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder (calumet)
80 gms powdered milk any brand but I used (birchtree)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup white sugar
2 chicken eggs
1 1/2 cup water
Toppings
Cheese sticks
Salted eggs
Steaming time is 15 minutes over medium fire. Make sure to cover the lid with clean dry cloth to avoid the water from falling to your puto pao...
