22 cups of rice
7kg hard chicken
Shallots
Red onion.. 1
3 white onions
4 spring onion
Seasoning cubes
4 packs of carrots
3 packs of green beans
1 pack of liver
1 pack sweet corn
1 pack of peas
1 butter
4cooking spoons of oil
Garlic ( handful)
Ginger( 4 thumb size)
Seasonings
Curry powder
Oregano
Jalapeno pepper
Thyme
Rosemary
Salt
White pepper
Basil leaves
all purpose seasoning

Thank you so much for the recipe, I tried it for my mum's birthday and I made the best fried rice and Jollof rice ever. Every one enjoyed the food and gave me good commendations. Also this is the first time I used less groundnut oil to cook, I grilled the chicken like you did and also used less water to cook the rice. In all the food came our very well. Thanks a lot.

I’m an AA and my palate craves Nigerian dishes. No surprise most of my DNA is Nigerian but I would eat this food over any other cuisine. This looks amazing. I can’t wait to try this. Thanks for sharing.

Look at how beautiful those veggies are. I felt like eating it from the screen. The fried rice looks so mouthwatering and I can tell those veggies are very crunchy in it. Using fresh veggies for fried rice is the best. Ngozi add my mouth to the census😋
