Ingredients:
Kingfish (Choice Cut) - 3 slices
Tofu (Tokwa) cube cut - 1 pack
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped Ginger - 3 tbsp
Chopped Garlic - 3 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 5 tbsp
Fermented Black Beans (Tausi) - 1 small can (partially drain)
Soupstock (any flavor - 1 cup
Cornstarch diluted - 3 tbsp
Garnishing:
Spring Onions
