Hello everyone, friends, Denis Kim is with you, and you are on the FoodKor channel! There is an opinion that Korean food is time-consuming and expensive, but today I will show that this is not so. You'll see how to prepare a 4-course Korean dinner, not including kimchi and rice, in just an hour. We will prepare beef soup with radish (sokogi muguk) and such panchans as Korean cucumbers (oi-muchim), seaweed salad (miyok-muchim) and tofu appetizer (tubu-buchim). Beef - 250 g.
Daikon radish - 200 g.
Green leeks - 40 g.
Garlic - 3-4 teeth.
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
Fish sauce - 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste.

Dried miyok - 15 g.
Onions - 20 g.
Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 1/2 tsp.
Soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp.
Salt - 1 pinch.

Kochukaru red pepper - 1 tbsp.
Sesame oil - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp.
