Sound's like you are new comer to Canada in Vancouver. You're create good cook not too bad, but don't used MSG & Can food buddy. Look like Mandalay Kyay Oh, Not really Yangon Style. You have to mix ground pork & fish paste together making meat ball for Kyay Ooh.

Isn't the kidney smell like urine there? I know in Myanmar, the pig kidney doesn't have a smell. Do you know how to remove the smell, whenever I watched the KZfaq video, they never show how to remove the smell. When I bought kidney one time and it actually ruined my appetite.

I think u did watch the video entirely. I did mention that I washed the organ with salt water 2 times. Or use vinegar.
