Been following you through the years, voice over palang yun before but we like watching your videos because you give your instructions clearly. 🙂 Correct me if I'm wrong peeps, in Visayas, we don't put lechon sauce for our version of lechon paksiw... we just put vinegar, lots of garlic, dried laurel leaves, pepper corn and the real lechon... but here in Manila, lechon paksiw has lechon paksiw sauce and they can use lechon kawali or fried liempo.. Anyways, I like both versions kasi pareho sila masarap. 🤗😁

Sometimes Pre made lechon sauce doesn’t have enough sourness, so instead of adding sugar , I add sushi vinegar instead. I prefer his way of making it , it’s easier .thank you
