1cup Omena/Mukene,
2chopped onions,
2chopped garlic cloves,
2tomatoes,
1tbsp tomato paste,
1tbsp Royco seasoning,
Spices;1tsp paprika,
1tsp cumin,
1tsp ginger powder,
1tsp salt and pepper,
1tsp dried basil.
