just wanted to tell everybody i tried this recipe and it was killer good. The only other thing I did was save a lot of cooked onions for the end and then smothered the ribs with 'em. (I like onions). The GRAVY was delicious too, just like you said. You know what you're talking about!!

I do like the way you talk. Sounds like me when I talk to myself. LOL. And I am so tired of puttin' bbq sauce on my country style ribs and bakin' em in the oven. they're good but I need a 'change of pace' so to speak. Plus I love Cavenders, it is one of the best spices for Everything.

Trying off the outside is always the trick to keep it juicy, even if raw meet goes in a crock pot it kinda dries out even though it's in juice, this is the way to go. Love it thank you

I’m on the last step, but I am worried bc I did 1 whole onion and 1 whole pepper. I was so excited I don’t think I heard or read if I should have done half an onion and half a pepper lol. Lol I am trying to perfect this before my mom come down next weekend and I got way to excited watching you cook this ..😂😂

You definitely got me hooked. I took a pack out yesterday and plan on doing them in the morning. Couple questions though. Do you think if I use a different brand greek seasoning could it hurt it. I've only got Tony's Cajun greek seasoning and about how long did you fry the ribs and what heat. I was thinking 15 to 20 minutes. Thank you for this recipe. It was BBQ country style ribs, crockpot style or air fryer and i'm tired of eating them that way. If you could help me with those question it would be much appreciated. Since my mom's gotten sick, we don't get to many home cooked meals around here anymore and I had a surgery that was botched so I don't get to cook but once or twice a week so when I do cook, I want a good home cooked meal. It never turns out like Mama's but I try. Now I did do some fried squash the other day and dang if I didn't surprise myself on those. I really thought it was some of the best squash I had ever eaten. If I could do that with everything I cook, i'd love to be able to open up a small restaurant. I've always loved cooking. I can't eat hardly anything because of the surgery I had but I still enjoy getting in there and cooking. Those look so awesome if it weren't so late, i'd go and cook them now but energy level a little low at the moment. I hope you have a good day. You got a new subscriber and a share out of me today. Stay safe and God Bless
