5 eggs
2 small onions (1 regular size if you have them)
1 small eggplant (or 1/2 eggplant if regular size)
1 small zucchini (or 1/2 zucchini if regular size)
1/4 red and yellow bell peppers
5 cherry tomatoes
4 sausages
50g mixed cheese
4g salt
3 tablespoons of salad oil

(You can also use one regular size onion)
Remove the core of the onion and cut into 1cm cubes.
Cut 1 small eggplant (or 1/2 of a regular size eggplant) into 1cm cubes.
Cut 1 small zucchini (or 1/2 of a regular size zucchini) into 1cm cubes.
Cut 1/4 of the bell bell pepper into 1 cm cubes.
