-RIBYE STEAK 🥩
2 ribeye 1.14lbs
1 lime
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
Pepper to your liking
1/2 teaspoon of slap yo mama
1/4 teaspoon of adobo
Cook on high heat until each have color side
( about 3 minutes )
Add 2 tablespoon of butter
Finish cooking at 350° under the oven for 15/20 minutes
Less or more depending on how you like your steak cooked
-SHRIMPS
1 lime wedge
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of slap yo mama
A pinch of creole seasoning
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne
Parsley
-RED SKIN POTATOES
7 medium size red skin potatoes
Wash potatoes
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to water Boil until tender (about 30 minutes medium high heat)
Drain potatoes
Mash potatoes
1 cup of whole milk
5 tablespoons of butter
1 7.5 oz Philadelphia chive and onions cream cheese spread
1/2 teaspoon of salt
-ASPARAGUS
Cut off bottom part
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
A pinch of salt
Black pepper
A pinch of slap yo mama
Cook for 15/20 minutes 350° under the oven
