The porridge dish, which is distinguished by its presentation and taste, is a must-have on the Ramadan table.
Ingredients:
* A kilo of meat
* Two potatoes
* Carrots
* Two zucchinis
* Percussion (dabba)
* Two onions
* Juice of three tomatoes
* Two tablespoons of tomato paste
* A tablespoon of crushed garlic
* A tablespoon of mashed ginger
* Spices, a teaspoon for each type (black pepper, turmeric, lime meat spice, ground salt, paprika, cumin, and coriander)
* True spices (bay leaves, two plums, cinnamon and cardamom)
Serve over ragag bread or any light and crispy bread
