Ofe Akwu is in the same category with Tomato stew, as they are both used for rice. Ofeakwu is a sauce or stew which originated from the Eastern part of Nigeria (Anambra precisely). And being an Anambra babe, I will not fail to teach you all how to make this delicacy.

So sorry about that dear ... Please do not give up trying, it can only get better. With time you will see that Ofeakwu is even easier to make than Tomato stew. (Osukwu is the best) 2.) The extraction 3.) The boiling part 4.) Enough crayfish 5.) The type of meat used (ponmo tends to give your soup a thicker consistency), and it's parboiling process. 6.)
