How to easily cook pilaf at home
Soft meat with a golden crust that melts in your mouth, crumbly rice and an amazing aroma and taste of spices - is this the kind of pilaf you dream of? Let's cook it in an ordinary saucepan, slow cooker or in a cauldron on an open fire - my recipe is suitable for any conditions.
Ingredients for cooking pilaf
500 g of pork
200 g of long-grain rice
1 carrot
1 onion
2 heads of garlic
500 ml of water
3-4 century l. sunflower oil for frying
1 tsp. stars
1 tsp. barberry
pinch of chili pepper
salt to taste
