How to cook Vegetarian Lasagna/spinach ricotta Lasagna

Spinach or vegetarian Lasagna healthy cheesy with a combination of ricotta and mozzarella cheesy in aromatic tomatoes sauce.
Vegetarian Lasagna Recipe
1 kg cooked spinach
500gms Lasagna sheets
500ml tomatoes sauce
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/3 Tbsp Fresh minced garlic
Salt &pepper to taste
250 grms Ricotta cheese
250 grms mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp olive oil
10 grms basil leaves
Procedures:
Saute the spinach w/ olive oil sprinkle salt and pepper then set aside.
Make Lasagna sauce Saute minced garlic add blinded tomatoes add chooped basil leaves bring to boil then reduce the heat to low for about 25 minutes. While waitting tthe tomatoes sauce to reduce. Blanch the Lasagna sheets in the boiling water add 2 Tbsp of oil then add the Lasagna sheets gently stir to avoid sticking each other blanched for 10 minutes then remove the pasta refresh with a ice cool water then drained.
Next steps:
Layering the Lasagna
1st add tomatoes sauce
2nd add pasta or Lasagna sheet
3rd add spinach
4th add Ricotta and mozzarella cheese. Then.next layer same procedure until the 3rd layer. Then cover w/aluminum foil and preheat the oven set to 350 degree Celsius and bake for 45 minutes.
