@OMGitsCRISTINA GUUUUUUURL!!!!!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! FOR THIS RECIPE!!!! When I tell you that my rice came out the BOMB💣!!!!! I have NEVER made rice this perfect by myself before! I was literally just saying like 3 days ago before I looked and found your vid on KZfaq that I felt like rice was a magical food that you had to have all the ingredients perfect for it to come out right. Because I have followed rice directions from the bag but could never get it right for some reason! Now I have found the secret! Your recipe was perfect. Whoever can't cook good white rice e you've come to the right PLACE TRUST ME! I can cook, but my rice is always jacked up! Either too mushy or too hard. I tried your quick recipe tonight and my family loved it! Thank you again! Most High bless you 🙌🏾 😉

Do you reduce the heat after you put the rice ? I know you said medium-high heat to boil water but after you add the rice and let it sit for 20-25 minutes, do you leave the temperature the same or bring it down to low ?
