if you play tank, guardian helmet more hp to counter true damage from Lesley, though to counter Karrie is blade armor. For other roles, is kind of hard to counter Lesley true dmg. You basically need to watch your position, mercilessly gank gold lane and end the game quickly.

all of this not working you have 5 opponents, not 1 IN LANE PHASE IT WILL HELP , but than you go in team fight and realize your counter not working. the only way to counter something - your team must have much more crowd control than opponent team if enemy can't land his damage or lifesteal - he is useless CC and teamwork - the only counter tool (good luck with that in soloQ)

say that to blacklist who play estes and win world cups. crowd cc doesnt always win. there are plenty of heroes who are not afraid of cc: martis, wan wan, kagura, valir, xborg, digi, benedeta etc.
