I'm in 12th now and my 11th physics totally backlog It's very depressing How will i cover it plzz tell me

okay so could you pls help me with this one - i am in dummy school so being said i have the whole day just for neet prep and i need 8 hrs of sleep to go on with the day properly . my online coaching live classes take about 3.5-4 hours of time daily except the sundays ; i make sure to revise the topic taught in class at least 3 times (1.5 hr - 30 min- 15 min on 3 different times of day)before next class of the same chapter and it does take time but it has been proved to be really effective for me in completing chapters well . but the problem is that along with these daily rev i also have backlogs to do - both the lectures + chapters not revised since long time ; i kinda get stressed sometimes about how to complete syllabus on time from my side ie the lectures ; so it's the backlogs which i am not able to complete and apparently i am also kinda struggling with keeping up with my daily rev so could you pls give some advice on it ?

Didi mujha class 12 par focus karna hai to didi mujha puchna tha physics Mai mujha basic maths and vectors aata hai but class 11 ka baki ka chap nhi aate means mai na padha to hai but bhul gai hu to didi kya karu class 12 ki phy start kar du ya fir laws of motion , work energy power, system of particles, gravitation and oscillation wave padhu 10-15 days fir class 12 start Karu kaisa karu didi please reply please help
