I am asking how DNA polar molecules in water, whereas DNA has only a negative charge, where is the positive charge?? And how dna precipitates during DNA extraction ?? And how polarity relation with 5 prime ends and 3 prime ends of dna???? 5 prime ends phosphate is negative charge and 3 prime ends OH group is also negative charge so dna polarity or polor molecule?????
