@@nilavabishnu Hi Nilava... I'm not sure about other company and project .. but my role is mostly related to my project. When I was new to my project i was assigned testing..so that I know the application better and functionalities of application ... Then i was given the training related to technology... Then slowly small defects were assigned to me ... Sometimes I am required to study a major defect with my senior ... So basically whatever they are teaching everything is related to project only.
