Okay so I figured a way out for me which gets it ver, consistent, if you do the cave man nollie hardflip pop, you start with the board in you hand, run and jump, as soon as you are on your board, even while the animation of getting on your board is still going, do the motion for a crail, but don't push you stick all the way down, just imagine you are doing a manual, that how far down you need to go to activate the crail, but don't hold it, just tap the grab button. After you got that you need to move your stick in the motion of a late pop shuvit upwards, right side for goofy, left side for regular, you get the idea, but again, don't press the stick all the way in to the ring, keep a little space similar to a manual, the end position of the crail should also feel like you are doing a nose manual. If you got that down it should look like the crail in the video. Now as soon as the board touches the ground pop your hardflip as fast as you can, this will take the longest time because as said in the video it is really hard to get the muscle memory down. If done right you should get consistent pops and high pops

Hey sunny! I been working my ass off tryna get this shit down🤣 My question is, do you need to manual after the crail? Idk if that’s like automatic for you or not but it kinda looks like you’re manualing after your crail for a second, but when you do the nollie hard flip pop it looks like you just do like a shifty crail and as soon as you touch the ground you do a nollie hard flip, and I’ve tried it that way. Just a handful of times got an odd animation with my nollie hard flip but I’m not getting any extra height that I can tell. Of course I can’t really focus on the timing for a flip just yet so idk if I’m getting enough height to do one when I do get the weird animation. But something tells me I’m not doing it right, but I just can’t figure out where I’m going wrong.

When I do the nollie hardflip after I do the crail it doesn't pop me up high, I think I'm doing it wrong. Also what are your skaters settings? I'm in hunched, default and standard.
