I still don't understand how to share this to Stories. I'm using Canva on desktop, and even when I scanned the QR code and switched to mobile, when I selected Share to Instagram, Instagram opened to Stories and it just had an option to take a picture or video. Canva said my story was published, but it wasn't.

Hi, it's a little tough to diagnose over a comment, but we actually download the Stories to the desktop and then transfer them to the phone and post from there. That sounds like it'd be a better option than using Canva's auto-posting - C

@@Highseasonco Yes your account is very useful and some of the tips I do implement on my social media and they do work for me, but a lot of KZfaqrs give examples with fitness, food and like more popular niches and it’s very rare to hear anything specific to the music industry. But anyways, you are right that, if people are creative enough, they can use any information and make it a plus for them. ✌🏻

I see what you mean. I've seen channels that focus on Spotify hacks for artists do videos just for musicians surrounding social media. I think music is used as less of an example as it is arguably the most subjective of things you can promote online, so it doesn't always suit for videos like these. @@msbluebass

I tend to get lost in the details while I am creating. However, like you said, creating in bulk and scheduling in advance is definitely worth it! I tried the way you showed. Before, I was creating reels one by one. I know you talked (in another video) about creating a live video of the content your promoting, but how do you do that when you are dropshipping?

Hi! Totally get it, it can be a lot but it's definitely the most effective way of staying on top of your social content. Yes - so if you want to showcase the products you're dropshipping, I'd suggest you order some so you have the product with you and create custom videos yourself. That way they'll be 100% original (ie no issues with uploading content that has been uploaded before) and your only cost would be the product itself. Hope that helps! - C

So welcome! We haven't actually explored the Canva scheduler as yet, we prefer to DL to desktop and transfer to Planoly or Sprout to schedule from there. It's worth a try to see if you like it, but otherwise downloading and using your preferred method (even if it's just posting manually, which we do sometimes, too) is fine as well! - C

Really great question! Instagram / the algorithm loves when native tools are used to create content (e.g. using the reels editor in this case), but it's one supplementary optimization effort in a larger picture. If the best way to be consistent is to batch outside of the platform, that would be more important because consistency and great content are the true pillars of success. Stories is definitely one that gets designed often off platform and we don't see any negatives as a result, and when we have had professionally edited videos outside of IG in reels they've also performed well (especially considering SEO practices are always applied). Another note is often even if we do have a fully edited video off platform we may use the native text tool or audio which still count towards using a native feature. Hope that helps! - T

Hi! We haven't done a Google Sheets tutorial, mostly because it's something that we'd use for social media. You should be able to copy from the sheet directly into Canva - let us know if you're able to get it done that way - C

Hey! That is so strange! Without seeing it I’m not sure why that’s happening, but how about if you just add the video to the page (so you’d click it from the uploads bar instead of dragging it over), then when it’s on the page you should be able right click and select “replace background”. Also confirming none of the pages are “locked” there’s a little lock that’s easy to click that prevents edits. Let me know how you go! - T

Hi! The best way is to save each of the posts individually to your phone (or preferably the computer) and not post directly from Canva. That way you can customize each post as you go - C
