Hi 👋 You can do it on Canva. They have sooo many new features to use for creating interactive lessons or slide. Just be aware of the space because sometimes it take a lot of bandwidth when uploading on another website

She’s probably recording it in Canva as you can screen record and have your self presenting in the corner.
