For pillow inserts, I go with a 22 inch insert for a 20 inch cover. Makes a big difference going 2 inches larger for the insert.

I'm from Louisiana too, New Orleans. I also put music on when I can. My daughter's and I have no eye for decorating. One of them just moved into a house and we are at a loss, as usual.
