How to create a doll lantern with your own hands

Күн бұрынHello, you are on the Creative Art channel. In this video tutorial, you will see how to make an amazing miniature lantern. This is an easy way to build a DIY lantern for a diorama or dollhouse. To do this, you will need Chinese sticks, protective glass for your phone, black cardboard, epoxy resin, polymer clay, LED, copper wire. This miniature is a copy of the lantern from the movie "The Chronicles of Narnia". Good luck!

Drill lathe is genius. Having worked with large tools, it’s very cool to translate that into miniature. The possibilities are endless! Great work!

This was totally Amazing!!... I thought the lamp was exquisite on its own... but it works!!!.. Brilliant!!... and regular wood turning is extremely difficult enough.. but Ur doing it on "thumb tack" size!!... Incredible!!... I hate watching "detail work" on KZfaq...so boring... U.. A lot of craftsmanship went into making that miniature lamp post. I particularly liked the bit where the inside was black with soot to make the gas lamp look real.

Have you ever been to Colleen Moore's fairy castle in the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago? If not you can Google the museum and find photos of it It's just stunning! It was given a facelift a while back.

My mother bought mini lamps like this and had a train and a Dickenson village set up for the family. It was stunning. She had a glass mirror table and snow underneath it was absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful work! Drill Lathe genius. Here's a challenge for you! Can you create your lantern in N Scale? I'm challenging you because my train display, a work in progress, is N scale and would love to create lanterns for my display. I just bought a 3 D pen and am hoping to be able to do many of these things. From watching several KZfaq videos I believe I can. You should look into 3D pens. I think their potential has been overlooked especially for train displays and their not as costly or time consuming as 3D printers.
